报告题目Semiconductor-based Materials Design for Advancing their Photo(electro)catalytic Performance

报告摘要

Semiconductor-based photo(electro)catalysis (including photocatalysis and photoelectrocatalysis) is one of the most promising pathways to alleviate the global energy crisis or/and environmental issues. However, the actual energy conversion efficiency is far behind the requirements of industrial practicality. In this presentation, I will share some of our attempts on photo(electro)catalysts structural design that are conducted on several model semiconducting materials (such as TiO2, CdS, ZnFe2O4, etc.). Specifically, with respect to each fundamental steps in photo(electro)catalysis which generally includes light harvesting, charge carries generation, transfer and reaction on the surface, one quick example will be demonstrated. Among them, our most recent work on the organic-inorganic hybrid cocatalyst strategy for facilitating the charge carriers transfer in photocatalytic systems will be highlighted.

 

报告人简介

朱晓娣博士于2018年毕业中国科学技术大学,目前在国家同步辐射实验室从事博士后研究。朱晓娣博士自研究生以来一直在能源催化和同步辐射应用领域开展研究,取得了一系列研究成果。其设计开发的多种纳米结构光(电)催化材料在环境治理、分解水和有机污染物降解方面表现出优异的性能。在瑞士洛桑理工学院联合培养期间,她还率领合作研究团队首次提出了尖晶石结构失序对光电催化分解水性能的重要影响,引起了业内广泛关注。目前已在 Adv. Mater., App. Catal. B, ChemSusChem 等具有影响力的国际 SCI 期刊上已发表学术论文近 20 篇,并著有 1 部英文专作的章节。
